Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zamtay, an internal operations workspace provided by Phlorin LLC ("Phlorin," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity in your workspace. Each workspace may include a limited number of seats as described at signup.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access another company's data, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Zamtay. You grant Phlorin a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep Zamtay available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phlorin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zamtay.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
